::Yes, but that was part of the Great Non-ASCII Character Fix-Up following the Great Rename Vandalism Mess (which required semi-rebooting the site); I was going through a lot of articles quickly looking for characters outside the plain-ASCII range, and not necessarily paying close attention to their contents... I've cleaned it up.
