You state that material here may be reused "without restrictions" -- unfortnately, that's not true of even most free content material, which generally comes a license which imposes (a very few) restrictions on re-use; mostly restrictions that ensure the free content remains free.
You definitely need to define the default licence for Wipi contributions. At the moment, you are using a large amount of Wikipedia content, so I suggest you use the GNU Free Documentation Licence by default, which is the one Wikipedia uses.
This will have two advantages:
- you'll be using the Wikipedia material with permission, instead of violating their licence
- It will also be possible to use material from the Wipi into Wikipedia.
This is a win-win, and only requires you to edit a couple of bits of text.
