Master Liam Lockran, (born William Paul Hubbard III) November 5th, 1956 in Waterbury, Connecticut, is best known as Master Liam. Master Liam is a BDSM actor, performer, film director, producer, writer and lifestyle Dominant since 1996.[1]

Master Liam’s father is Welsh and his mother born in Darjeling, India. He was the second born of six. His father was born in 1928 and is still alive today. He also is a regular judge for Michael Simmons' L.A. Fetish Film Festival.[4]
Master Liam has received recognition in Vanity Fair Magazine being featured as one of MySpace's top 4 most popular accounts.[5]
He has been published in the "Hustler" magazine, Taboo, more than any other male photographed by Ken Marcus. Appearing in memorable photo sets including inflating Goddess Soma Snakeoil’s breasts[6] and enjoying erotic acrobatics with his slave Tasia.[7]
