An over-arm tie is a bondage position in which the arms are brought over the head, and the wrists fastened together behind the head and then by a length of rope, chain or strapping to a belt at the waist. Sometimes, the rope goes between the legs and is fastened in front, forming a crotch rope.
In this position, the elbows stick out on each side, level with the head.
