Heteroflexible is a neologism which means a person who is primarily attracted to members of the opposite sex but might occasionally be prepared to have sex with members of the same sex. It is not the same as bisexual, which denotes routine interest in, or participation with, both sexes.
In practice, there are some people on every point in a spectrum that ranges from 100% heterosexual to 100% homosexual. Heteroflexible means being on point 1 or 2 of the Kinsey Scale.
