At several places in this article, there are some quite odd quote marks, which I suspect were introduced by an editor using a Mac. However it occured, they should be replaced with regular quote marks, to avoid this odd effect. Since I don't want to cause problems by attempting an extirpation on another's site, I'll simply leave this note, alerting mangagement to the problem.
