Bondage Opera Gloves are arm-length (from end of fingers to arm pit) sleeves to immobilise the arm of the wearer. (The nme comes from the term "opera glove" to denote a ladies' glove that comes almost to the armpit.) The "hand" of the glove may be patterned after a five-finger glove, or a mitten with or without prehensile thumb.
The gloves can have several D-rings along their length allowing the wearer to have their arms held parallel to each other, or to force the arms into a box tie, or to create an elbow harness
