A sumo suit is a suit that is designed to make the wearer look very bulky, like a sumo wrestler.
They are usually made from padded PVC, but they can be inflatable (fan inflated nylon, PVC or latex rubber). Inflatable ones are more fragile, but lighter and restricts mobility less.
