Suspension cuffs are a specialised form of bondage cuffs, designed to be used to suspend the body during suspension bondage without injury. They will spread the load on the wrists and ankles, and not dig in too much.
Ordinary cuffs should never be used, and certainly not handcuffs, or injury may result.
