Sphincter

A sphincter is a ring of muscles inside the body that surrounds an internal or external opening and may close the opening by contraction.

In a BDSM context, such as when dealing with butt plugs, enemas and especially anal sex, it usually refers to the anal sphincter (which is actually two sphincters, known as the internal and external anal sphincters).
