Clothing bondage
From wipipedia.org

Clothing bondage is the restriction of someone's movements or senses using clothing.
Examples include:
- Hobble skirts
- High heels, so high that the wearer has difficulty in walking, especially ballet boots.
- Sunglasses worn indoors in poor lighting, hindering sight.
Sometimes, very tight clothing such as corsets might be considered to fall under this heading.
It does not include using items such as tights or scarves to tie people up or as part of a gag or blindfold. it is arguable whether it should include items such as straitjackets.
