Straitjacket catsuit
From wipipedia.org

A straitjacket catsuit is, as its name suggests, a combination of a straitjacket and a catsuit.
In other words, it is a catsuit which, like a straitjacket, has sleeves with closed ends to imprison the wearer's hands, and straps at the end of the sleeves and elsewhere on the garment to enable the wearer's arms to be immobilised. The combination of these two functions gives the wearer a sense of enclosure and adds to the feeling of helplessness. It is more difficult to escape from than a straitjacket.
The straitjacket catsuit was devised by fetish photographer Jerome Duplessis and made by House of Harlot for a photoshoot in January 2008. The model is called Noémie.
