BBW & BHM Silhouettes

Purpose

These are commonly used symbols meant to represent Big Beautiful Women and Big Handsome Men, respectively. They are used in a wide variety of items from clothing to stickers and emblems, and are thought to be some of the earliest and most successful examples at clearly identifiable fat fetish and or fat admirer symbols.

Proposed Fat Admirer Symbol

Purpose

This proposed symbol is intended to represent love and or admiration for an overweight or obese individual, and the subsequent personal affirmations of BBW and BHM (see Big Beautiful People). The design of the individual within the heart is based loosely on the style of symbols used in signs and public facilities, and is meant to represent an overweight or obese individual of any gender or sexual orientation. The heart is intended not only to represent admiration, but also ties the symbol to the Adipophilia Pride Flag, which also includes a prominent heart symbol.

Public Domain Fat Admirer Symbol

Purpose

The purpose of this symbol is similar to the previous one, except it is a simpler and is comprised entirely of public domain symbols and ideas - namely the heart symbol itself and letters from the alphabet. As well, the letters it uses are from the acronym Fat Admirer or Fat Admiration, and is another possible alternative to represent the Fat Admiration Community, as well as the rest of the associated fetish groups.

Proposed LGBT Fat Admirer Symbol

Purpose

This proposed symbol is intended to represent both love and or admiration for an overweight or obese individual, and the subsequent personal affirmations of BBW and BHM, within the LGBT community. The design of the individual within the heart is based loosely on the style of symbols used in signs and public facilities, and is meant to represent an overweight or obese individual of any gender, within the context of LGBT. The heart is intended not only to represent admiration, but also ties the symbol to the Adipophilia Pride Flag, which also includes a prominent heart symbol.
