File:Gorean-kajira-tunic.png

An abstract silhouette of the front of one possible form of a Gorean "slave tunic" (i.e. minidress for kajirae). It's "split to the belly", revealing the navel. (Showing the belly-button and surrounding area when in public has a special meaning according to Gorean conventions, since in the novels kajirae can be required to do so, while it's culturally strictly prohibited for free women.)
This is somewhat similar to the outfit worn by Ambrosia Williams at the 2003 Vibe Awards, but not as cut away at the sides (so avoiding the need for the horizontal cords which held her dress together), and with a deeper plunge. Of course, the tunic in the image has a looser fit, and is more likely to slip on a woman's body, which isn't necessarily a negative for Gorean kajira garments.
