An attempted representation of the basic Gorean standing lesha / bracelets position in the "Labanotation" dance writing system. The central columns indicate simple standing, while the columns immediately outside the box indicate that the shoulders are pulled back (part of the usual adjustments of stomach, chest, and shoulders in Gorean positions in which the torso is vertical). The next columns outside the box indicate that the hands are held vertically downwards. The connecting arcs at the bottom, and symbols directly above them, show that the back of the left wrist is touching the left back of the pelvis area, and the back of the right wrist is touching the right back of the pelvis area. Finally, the rightmost column indicates that the head is turned left with chin raised.
