File:Labanotation-Gorean-sula.png
An attempted representation of the Gorean sula position in the "Labanotation" dance writing system. The rectangle with circles in the centre-right column indicates that the weight is supported on back of the torso (this right placement is an arbitrary notational convention). The non-central columns inside the box indicate that the legs are apart, while the columns outside the box indicate that the palms of the hands are facing upward. The arms are in a more or less default position (lying extended near the body), so their placement is not explicitly shown.
