File:Master-slave pride flag (alternate version).png
My proposed variant of the "M/s flag". The original shows a vertical red rectangle (symbolizing a master) to the left of three parallel horizontal red rectangles (symbolizing a slave), on a black field -- see File:Master Slave Pride flag.png. (In Rudolf Koch's Book of Signs, three parallel horizontal lines are said to stand for "passive intellect", but this is somewhat contradictory to the meaning of the visually-identical Chinese trigram.) This graphic attempts to substitute a less opaque (though still somewhat abstract) symbolism -- see File:Obeisance-silhouette.png .
For an alternate flag with similar meaning, see Ownership flag.
