A femdom symbol indicating a woman (or women) weighing whether it would be most beneficial for her (or them) to allow a man a somewhat unrestrained sexuality (shown in the right pan of the balance scale), or to impose a more restricted/limited sexuality (shown in the left pan). If the man is in a relationship, then she may choose to reward him with pleasure only when, in her sole judgement, he has been diligent in pleasing her (both sexually and non-sexually).
