This image would be owned by the person drawing it, H.L. Thompson, or by the person who commissioned it. If this image were on wikipedia, then the {{art}} template would be used (See Wikipedia:Image:Hirst-LSD.jpg for example). ISD 06:16, 17 June 2006 (BST)

ISD, you should send them an email with a link to the article and asking their permission to use the image. The probably wont mind since you have also provided a link to their website (which is what I do). Add a copywrite text to the image so it it clear that it is not published under the GNU licence. and I think we are covered.
