A mediaeval rack

Mediaeval devices is a collective term for any torture devices that are based on those that were used in mediaeval times.

A number of these are still used today in BDSM play. They tend to be made of either metal or wood or a combination of the two, and tend to be very harsh.

A lot of these devices tend to be concentrated upon the head or genital area, but a common one that involves the entire body is the rack, which stretches the body.
