A penis sheath is similar in structure to a condom, although it is generally much thicker and often covers the testicles as well as the penis. They can be worn on their own or as part of a garment. Many latex clothing makers offer catsuits, shorts and underwear with attached penis sheath.
Penis sheaths are part of traditional male clothing in a number of tribal cultures described by anthropologists (see Wikipedia article).
