Skort

Skort is a portmanteau word, from skirt and shorts. It is a garment that is basically a pair of shorts but has a panel of material across the front designed to make it look like a miniskirt from the front.

Skorts may be made in a wide variety of materials, including leather and rubber. They may be cut so that the shorts part is very tight, like a pair of hotpants.
