Talk:Copping a feel
From wipipedia.org

This makes it sound as if it's always vulgar groping or criminal molestation. In the 19th-century, some men managed to grab a feel without violating the laws of propriety and/or under the watchful eye of stern chaperones by helping a woman into or out of a carriage, or helping her onto or off of a horse, etc. An ambush or surprise kiss was known as "stealing a kiss" / "a stolen kiss"... - I think the photos depict otherwise, but please feel free to amend if you think the balance is wrong.--Ropeuser 17:48, 26 May 2011 (UTC)
