:OK.  Points taken.  I am about to tackle these set of definitions so let's see what comes of that.

I disagree with almost every part of that definition. :-)

Master does not imply male. For example "Master of Arts". There are plenty of female tops who use the phrase "a master-slave relationship" to refer to their relationship.

Not all master-slave relationships have to be TPE relationships. And most are not.

On the other hand, the word Master in a BDSM context has little meaning outside some sort of relationship - it is not just a general word for Dominant. --PallandoZi
