Maybe could mention skirts which are intentionally designed to tip up revealingly whenever a woman bends over. They're a rather minor phenomenon, but they're mentioned in book 20 in John Norman's "Gor" series, and the members of the group Elektrik Red wear them in the "So Good" music video, so they do exist...
