Trainer

A Trainer in BDSM is someone responsible for training someone else, often a charge, for a BDSM role. Typically, the trainer will be a Dom. THe trainee may be a potential Dom or Sub.
Trainers are particularly needed for people taking roles in activities such as pony play or puppy play, where they need to know what to do if the scene is to work properly.
