There are also males - sometimes called 'girly boys' - who may dress in a feminine way through choice rather than for sexual stimulus. Many of them are gay or bisexual. There are also transsexuals who appear to be convinced that they are 'female inside' and may wish to undergo gender reassignment surgery to become partially or wholly 'female'.
