Role reversal by jose ramiro-d38wqdx.jpg

In a BDSM or bondage scene, a turnaround is when the person performing the bondage or punishment is turned into the victim. This may be done by people taking turns or by the victim escaping and capturing the captor (with or without the captor's connivance). Alternatively, a third person may intervene (again, with or without the connivance of the others), capture the captor and either rescue the victim or keep both of them captive.

A turnaround scene might appeal particularly to switches and some omniviants.
