I do not understand. The photo is prominently on the page I linked to, at the top right. That page clearly says at the bottom

and then there is an icon representing CC-BY-NC-SA. I cannot see the photo on the page you link. What makes you say that it is from that other page, or that the licence on my source is invalid?
