Verbal humiliation is the intense humiliation of one person by another through disparaging comments.
In a BDSM context, it is a form of humiliation in which the dominant partner in a relationship verbally degrades the submissive partner by verbalising the alleged inferiorities of the submissive partner. The submissive partner usually obtains sexual release during this humiliation.
