Wikipedia is arguably the pioneer of the "Wiki" system that Wipipedia uses.

Deletion of the Category "Kinky Wikipedians" — There are many categories like this in Wikipedia:Category:Wikipedians, with ones such as politics, sexuality and political beliefs. BDSM however was the "last straw": "Because there's too much potential for being too offensive to too many people, because we don't need to get into arguments about which subcategories are or are not obscene, [..]and because the whold thing is just prurient."
