A worm race is a BDSM activity in which two or more people are constrained by bondage to crawl like worms and then run a race.
The bondage techniques are those described in Snake play. The arms should be pinned to the torso, for example with a straitjacket, and the legs should be pinned together, for example with a leg binder. Often, people are gagged or blindfolded.
