Black Lace is a British imprint of Virgin Publishing that specialises in SM and fetish erotica written by female authors and intended for female readers. They have been publishing since 1993 and some of the earlier novels have since been reprinted under a new imprint from Virgin Books, Cheek.
Virgin also has a male erotica imprint, Nexus Books and previously also had a lesbian erotica line, Sapphire, and male homosexual erotica line, Idol.
