Impotence

Impotence or erectile dysfunction (ED or "male impotence") is a sexual dysfunction characterized by the inability to develop or maintain an erection of the penis sufficient for satisfactory sexual performance. There are various possible physiological and mental causes. The best-known drug for treating it is sildenafil citrate (Viagra).
Sometimes impotence is due to the absence of a suitable fetish, and the presence of the fetish will cure or alleviate the problem.
