Neoprene
From wipipedia.org

Neoprene or polychloroprene was the first commercial synthetic rubber. It was produced in 1931 by polymerising chloroprene (CH2=CCl-CH=CH2). It is much more resistant to heat, light, oxidation and petroleum than is natural rubber.
It is frequently used to make wetsuits, drysuits, cycle clothing and other garments.
