Stock whips are not suitable for SM play unless in the hands of an expert.
I have problems with a statement like this. How is one to become 'expert' and by what means can one tell whether one (or another) is skilled enough in using a stock whip before they use it? Could we elucidate please? --Interesdom 12:52, 27 December 2007 (UTC)
