Deep heat treatment is a common form of chemical play in which areas of the submissive's body have deep heat cream or deep heat spray applied.
This is commonly used on the genital area, especially after shaving, and often combined with the use of a chastity device which is fitted after the deep heat has been applied.
The deep heat causes a burning sensation that, although temporary, is slow-building and long-lasting, and the use of the chastity device stops the submissive from accessing the affected area to wash off the deep heat.
