The South West Alternative Market & Party (more commonly known as SWAMP) is a fetish market followed by a play party which takes place on the second Sunday of every month in Bristol, England.
The market is in the afternoon and early evening with various traders, the party overlaps the market times, running from early afternoon into late evening. Tickets are available for either afternoon only for the market or for both market and party all day. There is a dress code for the party of fetish or smart (no jeans, or trainers).
It provides an opportunity to meet up with other people interested in BDSM as well as experience equipment they don't otherwise have available. There is normally a demonstration/workshop on alternate months.
Venue: Lounge@30, 30 Clare Street, Bristol BS1 1YH. The entrance is actually in St Nicholas Street. The club is on 3 upper floors so there are stairs to deal with.
